Terms and Conditions

  • All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars, GST inclusive, and valid to 31 December 2012.
  • A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm the booking. Receipt of deposit deems the booking is final and is subject to our standard terms and conditions.
  • Your ticket is non-transferrable unless agreed to by the operators
  • The operators are not a common carrier and reserve the right of refusal regarding passengers, cargo or luggage.
  • Notwithstanding any negligence on the part of the operators or their contractors, they shall in no way be liable for injury or damage to passengers or luggage, or loss incurred by passengers, which may arise in event of cancellation or deviation during the course of the charter.
  • Departure and arrival times are approximate and subject to change.
  • Operators are not bound by promises made by agents
  • All relations between the operators and passengers are to be conducted in a legal and upright manner.
  • Loss or Damage to Gear - Whilst we make our gear available for use, any loss or damage is at the customer's expense.
  • Cancellation conditions apply as follows:

    • Over 120 Days: No cancellation fees apply, full refund of monies paid
    • 120 - 90 Days: 50% cancellation fee applies (unless charter is re booked)
    • Inside 90 Days: 100% cancellation fee applies (unless charter can be re booked )
  • Cyclone Surcharge - In the event of a cyclone that causes relocation of operating grounds a 10% surcharge may apply for additional operating costs.
